Why do I feel tingling when using the electric pulse function?
The tingling is from the CellWave™ BioActivation. If the intensity of the tingling is too high, please reduce the intensity by pressing the “-” button.
Why does the device feel too hot during use?
The heating function may take time to adapt. Reduce duration, lower the temperature, or stop use if discomfort continues.
How long does it take to charge and how long does it last?
Charging may take up to 3 hours. On a full charge, the device can support several 15-minute sessions. Actual battery life may vary depending on frequency and intensity of use.
Why is there no noticeable increase in stimulation when intensity is increased?
Ensure both feet are damp and are in full contact with both foot pads.
What is the warranty?
We offer a one year warranty from date or purchase. If your device is defective during the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service team. The warranty will be voided if the warranty period is exceeded, the device is damaged due to not following the instruction manual, or if the device is damaged due to mishandling or repair by an unauthorized party.
