How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped out, you should receive an email from us with a tracking number. Please click on the tracking number on the email track your order.

How can I view my order history?

1. Login into your account.
2. Click on “My Account”. From here you can view your order history.
3. You can also view your order history by selecting “Purchase History” from the drop-down menu while viewing your billing information, subscriptions, or delivery schedule.

How can I cancel my order after I’ve been charged?

If you have already been charged for your order or subscription, please submit a return request
at http://returns.lifepharm.com/

How can I cancel or edit my monthly subscription?

1. Login into your account.
2. Select “Manage Subscriptions” towards the menu on right side of the page.
3. Click the "Edit" button on the active subscription you would like to update.

4. Using the menu on the left, you can edit your next order date, delivery schedule, order quantity, skip your next shipment, add a one-time product to your next shipment, or start a new shipment.

5. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button towards the bottom to cancel your subscription. 

How can I edit my address?

1. Login into your account.
2. Select “View Addresses” towards the bottom of the page.
3. From here, you can edit, delete, or add a new address.

How do I change my billing address?

1. Login into your account.
2. Select “Manage Subscriptions” towards the bottom of the page.
3. From here, you can update and edit your saved credit card on file, and edit your billing address, email, or phone number.

How do I claim my 60-day back money guarantee? 

We accept returns for orders that are either still sealed or are already opened. Please submit a return request at returns.lifepharm.com within 60 days of your order delivery date. Once your return has been approved, we will notify you by email and send you instructions on how to ship your order back. We will process your refund when we receive your return. It may take up to 5-7 business days for your refund to process.


How do I change my password?

 If you aren’t logged into your account, first click on the “account” icon on the top right-hand corner of our website. From there you can click on the “forgot password” link. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If you are already logged into your account, first click on the “account” icon on the top right-hand corner of our website. Then, click on “my account” towards the left side of the account page, and click on “reset password” to change your password. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
